Quisling, Vidkun Abraham Lauritz Jonssøn A Norwegian fascist politician who was Minister of Defence between 1931 and 1933. He seized power in a Nazi-backed coup d’état on 9 April 1940 during the German invasion of Norway. The word 'quisling' has become a modern synonym for collaborationist.1

Olav V of Norway The King of Norway who was the only child of King Haakon VII of Norway and Maud of Wales. In 1929, he married his first cousin Princess Märtha of Sweden. During WW2 he was appointed Norwegian Chief of Defence in 1944 and became king following the death of his father in 1957 until his death in 1991.1
